Do you offer personalization?

Yes! Many of our products can be personalized with names, dates, or meaningful phrases. You’ll see customization options on each product page.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production typically takes 5–7 business days, plus shipping time. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

Can I preview my design before it’s made?

We do not currently offer design previews on all products, however, some will host live sessions allowing you to visibly see your personalizations as you enter them in real-time. Either way, we carefully format every order to ensure the personalization looks beautiful and balanced.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?

Not at this time, but all of our products are packaged with care and make lovely gifts right out of the box.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How are shipping rates determined for heavier items, e.g. woven blankets?

We offer flat-rate shipping (U.S. Orders Only) on many items to help keep things simple and affordable.
